Organically grown and made, 100% Cabernet Franc. Bright vibrant red colour. Lifted aroma of redcurrants, purple lilac florals, rocky overtones, blueberries, savoury, hints of olive, chocolate flecks; an enticing rich nose, restrained, yet delicate. Delicate gravelly, fine tannins giving the wine some lovely length and drive, dense yet soft upfront, medium-weighted. Mulberries, plum-like flavours with a hint of leather, graphite and cherries. Made in a playful but serious style that suits a wide range of dishes or perfect on its own.
