Newly named Elvie Clarke, after Kevin John Cullen's mother, this bright and aromatic blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and a splash of Verdelho comes from the family's Mangan vineyard. Flavours of tropical fruit and citrus with a subtle herbaceous note, balanced by a crisp and refreshing acidity.
