How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For local deliveries within the metro area, we often provide next-day service if the order is placed before 2 PM.

Do I need to provide identification upon delivery?

Yes. In accordance with liquor licensing laws, someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the delivery and provide valid government-issued photo identification.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.

What is your return policy for damaged goods?

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please take a photo immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Mane Liquor only ships within the country. We are unable to fulfill international orders due to varying customs regulations and alcohol import duties.
