100% Grenache Rosé that spent just one day on skins before fermentation in a mix of amphora and oak and blending in a concrete egg (affectionately named Bacon). Like grown-up fruit juice, this is packed with ripe red berry and orchard fruits but with moreish acidity to balance it out.
