Harvested from various vineyards, the fruit is crushed and pressed to stainless tanks for fermentation and 3 months of maturation on lees. Anticipate subtle, refreshing aromas of green apple, lemon, lime, and peaches. Certified organic and biodynamic. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. The nose offers up pear, ripe apple and honeysuckle aromas followed by hints of musk and quince. Ripe pear and red apple fruits have a nicely rounded feel across the palate with traces of honeysuckle and quince lying underneath. Finishes dry and fresh with a lively mid length aftertaste.
