We're off to Australia's Derwent River and Buffalo River Valleys for GP's third hop harvest collaboration with US East Coast brewing legends Trillium. A hop free boil and massive dry hop addition of Galaxy and Vic Secret create a giant juicy hazy homage to the exciting new wave of Australian aroma hops.
