A blend of 50% skin contact Grenache Blanc with 25% whole bunch Heathcote Vermentino, macerated in 25% direct press Syrah, fermented in a semi carbonic style and matured in oak for nine months.
A technically complicated wine that is wholly uncomplicated to drink. There is a savoury Rosé element but the wine still sits firmly in the skin contact category. Aromas of nettle, rich, ripe cherries, blood orange and a slightly savoury, phenolic note to finish.
